In SkyTides, you ride across cloud terrain in a rhythm-based, momentum-driven challenge.

• Tap and hold to dive downward.

• Release to soar.

• Use the cloud slopes to build momentum and glide as far as you can.

• Collect crystals to increase your gem total.

• Try to beat your high score by chaining smooth dives and launching high.

 

Each session rewards both skill and rhythm — the smoother your flow, the farther you’ll fly.

Q: Why do I need a username before playing?

Usernames help track your progress and are linked anonymously to your device through Firebase. You only need to create one once. Usernames are unique and used to appear on the leaderboard.

Q: Do I need to log in?

No login is required. SkyTides uses anonymous Firebase authentication tied to your device, with no email or password.

Q: How do I earn more gems?

You can earn gems by:

• Collecting crystals in-game

• Watching optional video ads on the Game Over screen (once per session)

Q: The ad didn’t reward me. Why not?

Make sure you're connected to the internet and only use each ad option once per game over. Ads won’t reward more than once until you start a new game session.

Q: Can I get a copy of my data or delete my account?

Yes. Go to Settings → Data Privacy. You can:

• Request your data (view, copy, or download)

• Permanently delete your account by typing delete

Q: Does this app collect personal information?

No. SkyTides does not request or store personal identifiers like email, real name, or location. Only your gameplay stats and username are stored.
